Training · muscle, on purpose
The session, next to the dose.
Appetite drops. Protein gets harder. The training that protects muscle should not live in a different app with no idea what dose you are on.
GLPMate includes an exercise library, a list of equipment you own, and workout plans. Asking the assistant to draft today’s plan is a premium action. Browsing the library and keeping the equipment list are part of the app. The home-screen widget can show that a workout is on the day.
A library, not a guess
A plan that says “do some strength” is not a plan. The library is the catalog the plan is built from, so a row in the week is something you can actually open.
- Exercises with type, equipment, and instructions
- Open one to see the target area and how to do it
- Plans point at real exercises, not a sentence of advice
Only the equipment you have
The most common way a generated workout fails is asking for a cable machine you do not have. The equipment list is how GLPMate avoids that.
- Mark what you own, or that you have a gym
- The assistant reads that list when it builds a plan
- A hotel-room week and a gym week are not the same plan
A plan you can keep
The point of saving a plan is that Thursday does not require another conversation. The assistant proposes. You keep what you will actually do.
- Saved plans, with the days and the exercises on them
- Drafting a plan with the assistant is premium
- The widget can surface the workout without opening the app
Workout questions
Does GLPMate replace a coach?
No. It keeps a library, your equipment, and a plan beside the rest of your GLP-1 record. It does not assess injuries or prescribe a program as medical care.
Is the AI plan free?
Drafting a plan with the assistant is a premium action. The exercise library and the equipment list are in the app either way.
Will it tell me to use gear I do not own?
The assistant reads the equipment you marked, including a “I have a gym” switch, when it builds a plan.
Can I see the workout without opening the app?
The home-screen widget has a workout slot. It shows the workout. It does not log a set from the widget — that slot is display, not a one-tap entry.
Why is training in a medication app?
Because the risk on a GLP-1 medication is often losing muscle along with fat. Keeping the session next to protein, weight, and the dose is the reason it lives here.
Train with the record, not beside it.
Library, equipment, and a plan you can keep.
