FDA-labeled schedule: 0.8 mg once daily, then 2.5 mg and 5.5 mg, each after at least 30 days on the previous dose. If needed, the dose may be increased to 9 mg, 14.5 mg or 17.2 mg (the maximum), again at least 30 days apart. One tablet a day, swallowed whole.
Missed a dose?
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you can — but never double up the next dose. If you miss 7 or more doses in a row, talk to your prescriber before restarting: the label says to restart at a lower dose and step back up.
Storage
Store at room temperature, 20–25 °C (68–77 °F); short excursions between 15 and 30 °C (59–86 °F) are fine. Tablets come in a bottle with a desiccant.

What is Foundayo?
Foundayo (orforglipron) is a once-daily oral GLP-1 receptor agonist from Eli Lilly. The FDA approved it on April 1, 2026 for chronic weight management in adults with obesity, or with overweight and at least one weight-related condition, alongside a reduced-calorie diet and more physical activity.
How do I track a daily Foundayo tablet?

Does Foundayo have a food or water rule like Rybelsus?
No. The label says to take Foundayo once daily with or without food, swallowing the tablet whole. Rybelsus, by contrast, is taken on an empty stomach with a small sip of water and a 30-minute wait before eating. GLPMate tracks either one.
What does the level curve look like for Foundayo?
With a half-life of roughly 1.5–2 days, daily doses reach a steady level in about a week, and the curve rises after each step-up before settling into a gentle daily ripple. It is an estimate modeled from the label’s clinical-pharmacology data, not a blood test.
What if I miss a Foundayo dose?
