How much does GLPMate Premium cost?
Premium is $7.99 per month, or $69.99 per year (about $5.83/month). Your app store shows the exact price in your local currency before you confirm anything.
What can I use without paying?
The core tracker is free forever: shot logging with site rotation, the estimated medication-level curve, weight and measurements, water, side effects, reminders, the dose calculator and CSV export — in all 49 languages.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — one tap, no emails, no retention flows. Note that deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; that’s a store rule, and the app reminds you of it too.
Is there a free trial?
When a trial is offered, the paywall says so clearly — and GLPMate reminds you before it ends, so you never get silently converted. No trial is hidden behind a “continue” button.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases run through Apple and Google, so refunds follow their policies. Our support page links directly to both refund request forms, and we’re happy to help you through it.
Why do you show your price when nobody else does?
Because you’re managing a medical treatment, and surprise pricing is a dark pattern. We’d rather you decide with full information — it also keeps us honest about earning the subscription.
