FDA-labeled escalation: 0.25 → 0.5 → 1 → 1.7 → 2.4 mg, stepping every 4 weeks. Your prescriber may hold a step longer if side effects need time to settle.
Missed a dose?
If your next scheduled dose is more than 2 days (48 hours) away, take the missed dose as soon as you can. If it’s less than 2 days away, skip it. If you miss 2 or more consecutive doses, talk to your prescriber — they may restart escalation.
Storage
Keep pens refrigerated at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F). If needed, Wegovy can be kept between 8 and 30 °C for up to 28 days before use. Don’t freeze.

How do I track Wegovy week by week?
