How this is calculated

Concentration follows a one-compartment model with first-order absorption: C(t) = Σdoses D·f·(e−ke·Δt − e−ka·Δt), where ke comes from the medication's elimination half-life and ka is fitted to its labeled time-to-peak. Parameters: semaglutide t½ ≈ 168 h, tmax 1–3 days; tirzepatide t½ ≈ 120 h, tmax 8–72 h; dulaglutide t½ ≈ 112 h; liraglutide t½ ≈ 13 h. Plotter questions

How accurate is this plotter?

It uses a standard one-compartment pharmacokinetic model with published half-life and time-to-peak parameters from FDA clinical-pharmacology reviews. It shows relative levels well — but it is an educational estimate for a typical adult, not your personal blood concentration.

What do the solid and dashed lines mean?

Solid is your history up to “today”; dashed is the forward projection if you keep the same schedule. The shaded band is the steady-state range your curve settles into.

Why does my level keep rising for the first month?

With a half-life of ~5–7 days, each weekly dose adds to what is left of the previous ones. Accumulation continues until intake and elimination balance — steady state — after roughly 4–5 weeks at the same dose.

Can it model my titration schedule?
