Mounjaro and Zepbound: take a missed dose within 4 days (96 hours); if more than 4 days have passed, skip it and take the next dose on your regular day. Always keep at least 3 days between two doses. Compounded tirzepatide: follow your prescriber’s protocol.
Storage
Pens and vials: refrigerate at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F), don’t freeze and protect from light. If needed, they can be kept at room temperature up to 30 °C for a total of 21 days. Compounded vials: follow your pharmacy’s instructions.
