Sleep
You enter times. The night is counted.
Bedtime and wake time, on the morning you woke up. A bedtime after the wake time is the previous evening, so a night that crosses midnight is still one duration. Quality, 1–5, can stay blank.
Beside the dose
Sleep, appetite, glucose, pressure, labs, and a mood. One record, next to the injection you actually took. A number is kept. It is not graded.
GLPMate keeps the rest of a GLP-1 day in the same record as the dose: sleep times, a daily appetite score, glucose, blood pressure, lab panels, and one mood. Glucose and pressure are stored without a normal or high badge. The home screen, Apple Health, Health Connect, and cloud backup are how that record stays with you.
Each one is a thing you entered, or allowed in. None of them tells you what the number means clinically.
Sleep
Bedtime and wake time, on the morning you woke up. A bedtime after the wake time is the previous evening, so a night that crosses midnight is still one duration. Quality, 1–5, can stay blank.
Appetite
1 to 5, once a day. A second log overwrites. Past days are allowed. The trend is 15, 30, or 90 days, with dose days marked on it.
Glucose
Stored in mg/dL. Shown in mmol/L if that is your unit. Fasting, after a meal, or random. Values outside 20–600 mg/dL are rejected. No classification.
Blood pressure
Systolic and diastolic are required. Pulse is optional. There is no normal or high badge.
Pulse 68 · optional
Lab results
Typed sessions stay editable. An uploaded document is a read-only group. The health archive holds the documents you approved.
Journal
Five faces, one a day. The note can run to 2,000 characters, or be empty. The widget can log the mood without opening the app.
Home screen
Dose, protein, water, calories, weight, medication level, workout, mood. Dose, protein, water, and mood can be logged from the widget. The others are display. The last slot stays.
Apple Health · Health Connect
Weight, steps, sleep, blood pressure, and glucose. Each has its own switch. All five start on. iPhone reads Apple Health. Android reads Health Connect.
Cloud backup
Signed in, the record and your settings sync. Progress photos stay on the device. Guest mode has no cloud copy. Deleting the account removes the copy.
No. Glucose is stored in mg/dL (and shown in mmol/L if that is the unit you picked). Blood pressure is systolic and diastolic, with pulse optional. There is no normal, high, or low badge on either.
No. You pick the morning you woke up, the time you went to bed, and the time you woke. Duration is calculated, including nights that cross midnight. Quality, 1–5, is optional.
One score a day, from 1 to 5, for food noise. Logging again the same day overwrites it. You can fill past days. The 15, 30, and 90 day chart marks dose days on the same line.
A panel you type is an editable session. A document you upload stays a read-only group. The health archive holds the documents you approved.
Dose, protein, water, and mood can be logged from the widget. Calories, weight, medication level, and workout are display. The last remaining slot cannot be removed. The default slots are dose, protein, and water.
No. GLPMate only reads weight, steps, sleep, blood pressure, and glucose. Each kind has its own switch, and all five start on. Nothing is written back.
The record and your settings come with a signed-in account. Progress photos stay on the device and are skipped. Guest mode has no cloud copy. Deleting the account deletes the cloud copy.
Sleep, appetite, labs, and a mood — in the same record.
