Trulicity · dulaglutide
The Trulicity tracker that knows dulaglutide.
Doses, injection sites, your estimated dulaglutide level, side effects and weight — one calm app that models Trulicity specifically, not a generic template.
To track Trulicity well you need four things: every dose logged with its injection site, a reminder tuned to your weekly schedule, your estimated medication level between doses, and side effects tied to each dose step. GLPMate does all four — free to start, on iOS and Android.
The numbers GLPMate models for you.
These parameters come from the FDA Prescribing Information for Trulicity — the same source our level model uses.
Typical dose schedule
| From week | Dose |
|---|---|
| Start | 0.75 mg weekly |
| Week 5 | 1.5 mg weekly |
| Week 9 | 3 mg weekly |
| Week 13 | 4.5 mg weekly |
FDA-labeled schedule for adults: 0.75 mg once weekly to start. After 4 weeks the dose may be increased to 1.5 mg, then in 1.5 mg steps (3 mg, then 4.5 mg) after at least 4 weeks on each dose if more glucose control is needed. 4.5 mg is the maximum.
Missed a dose?
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible if your next scheduled dose is at least 3 days (72 hours) away. If fewer than 3 days remain, skip it and take the next dose on your regular day. You can move your dose day as long as the last dose was at least 3 days earlier.
Storage
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F) in the original carton to protect from light; don’t freeze. If needed, a pen can be kept at room temperature up to 30 °C (86 °F) for a total of 14 days.

Trulicity tracking questions
How do I track Trulicity?
Log each weekly pen with its injection site, set a reminder for your dose day, and GLPMate builds your estimated dulaglutide level from your real doses — with weight and side effects on the same timeline.
What if I miss a Trulicity dose?
Per the label, take it as soon as possible if at least 3 days (72 hours) remain before your next dose; otherwise skip it and keep your usual day. GLPMate shows the window, and your prescriber has the final word.
Can I change my Trulicity dose day?
The label allows it, as long as your last dose was at least 3 days before the new day. Update the schedule in GLPMate and your reminders and level curve follow the new day.
What does the level curve look like for Trulicity?
With a half-life of about 5 days and weekly dosing, levels rise for a couple of days after each shot and ease off before the next one — a weekly sawtooth that settles into a steady pattern after 2–4 weeks at the same dose.
Can I see side effects by dose step?
Yes — log nausea, appetite and other side effects with a 0–10 severity, and GLPMate shows the trend against each step from 0.75 mg upward, which makes a conversation with your prescriber far more concrete.
Is Trulicity tracking free?
Yes — dose logging, injection-site rotation, reminders and the level curve are all part of the free core.
