# GLPMate

> GLPMate is a GLP-1 tracker app with an AI assistant that logs for you (iOS & Android, 49 languages). It tracks shots, estimated medication levels, weight, meals, sleep, glucose, blood pressure, appetite and side effects for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Rybelsus, Saxenda, Victoza, Trulicity and compounded GLP-1.

- Type-to-log: users type e.g. "had 2 eggs and toast for lunch, I'm 89.4 kg" and the assistant logs it after explicit confirmation. Every write is confirmation-gated; every answer lists the data categories it read.
