Quick answer

To track Mounjaro well you need four things: every dose logged with its injection site, a reminder tuned to your weekly schedule, your estimated medication level between doses, and side effects tied to each dose step. GLPMate does all four — free to start, on iOS and Android.

FAQ

Mounjaro tracking questions

How is tracking Mounjaro different from Ozempic?

Tirzepatide’s half-life (~5 days) is shorter than semaglutide’s (~7 days), so your trough before the next shot is relatively deeper. GLPMate models each drug with its own parameters — your curve is tirzepatide’s, not a generic template.

What if I miss a Mounjaro dose?

The label allows taking it within 96 hours; beyond that, skip. GLPMate’s missed-dose guidance mirrors the label and its reminders keep your streak intact in the first place.

Can I track side effects during dose escalation?

Yes — log nausea, fatigue and more at 0–10 severity. GLPMate charts them against your escalation steps, so you and your prescriber can see exactly which dose change did what.

Does GLPMate support 12.5 and 15 mg doses?

All labeled doses from 2.5 to 15 mg are supported, plus custom doses for split or compounded schedules.

How soon after injecting does Mounjaro peak?

Plasma levels peak between 8 and 72 hours after injection. GLPMate’s curve shows your estimated peak and the drift into your pre-dose trough.

Is the level curve free for Mounjaro too?

Yes — the medication-level estimate is free for every supported medication, always.
