Questions from clinicians
Does it cost the clinic or the patient anything?
No. The codes are free. Each one unlocks 30 days of Premium; the store shows the patient the terms before they redeem, and they can manage or cancel any subscription in their App Store or Google Play settings. GLPMate's core tracking stays free.
Will I be able to see my patients' data?
No. GLPMate doesn't send patient data to clinics and has no clinic dashboard. Patients choose what to share, for example by bringing the doctor report PDF to an appointment.
Does GLPMate give medical or dosing advice?
No. GLPMate is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It records what patients log, shows estimated medication levels and trends, and reminds them about doses — treatment decisions stay with you.
How many codes can we request, and how fast do they arrive?
Tell us roughly how many patients you expect; you can request up to 500 codes at a time. We review each request by hand, so it can take a few working days, and we may send fewer codes than requested.
