Health Disclaimer

Read this first

This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The estimated drug-level (PK) curve, the AI assistant's answers, insights, reminders, reports, and any other information shown are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are estimates and general information — not measurements of your actual blood or tissue drug concentration, and not instructions for your care.

Do not make any dose, medication, or treatment decision based on this app. For any decision about your dose or treatment, talk to your doctor.

The AI assistant is not a doctor

  • Assistant answers are generated by artificial intelligence (large language models operated by third-party providers) using the health data you have logged, imported, or uploaded.
  • AI can make mistakes. Answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, even when they sound confident. Confirm anything that matters with your doctor or pharmacist.
  • The assistant never diagnoses a condition, prescribes a medication, or tells you to start, stop, or change a dose. If an answer ever seems to do so, do not act on it — talk to your doctor.
  • The assistant is for adults aged 18 and over.

The drug-level (PK) curve is an estimate

  • The curve shown is an estimated, educational model of how your medication level may rise and fall over time. It is not a reading of the drug level in your blood.
  • The value is shown as a relative percentage of the estimated steady-state peak (for example, "about 80% of peak") — it is not an absolute drug concentration (not ng/mL, nmol/L, or any clinical measurement).
  • The estimate is based on population-average pharmacokinetic parameters taken from FDA prescribing information (drug labels). It does not account for your individual weight, kidney or liver function, metabolism, injection technique, or other personal factors, which can shift the real curve.
  • Because of this individual variability, your actual medication level may differ significantly from what the app shows. Treat the curve as a rough visual aid, not a precise or personal result.

The app does not recommend or change doses

  • The app never recommends a dose, suggests changing a dose, or tells you when it is "safe" to inject.
  • Titration steps and schedules you see reflect information you enter and general label information — they are not a prescription or medical instruction.
  • If you miss a dose, do not double up or change your schedule based on the app. Contact your doctor or pharmacist for guidance.

The dose calculator converts — it does not recommend

  • The dose calculator only converts a dose you enter into units for your device (syringe, pen, auto-injector, or oral form). It never recommends a dose.
  • Verify every dose and device setting with your doctor or pharmacist before injecting or taking anything. A wrong dose is dangerous.

Documents, reports, and forecasts

  • Values read from documents you upload (such as lab reports) are extracted automatically and may be misread. Always check them against the original report.
  • Weight trends, goal dates, and other forecasts are estimates based on your recent data — not promises, and not predictions of medical outcomes.
  • Reports and summaries the app prepares (including doctor-visit reports) are records kept by you, based on data you entered. They are not medical records and contain no diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

Nutrition data and reminders

  • Nutrition values come from public food databases and are approximate.
  • Do not rely on reminders alone to take your medication — notifications can be delayed or blocked by your device.

GLP-1 medications carry real risks

GLP-1 receptor agonist medications (such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, dulaglutide, liraglutide, exenatide, and lixisenatide) are prescription medicines with potential side effects and contraindications. Only a qualified healthcare professional can prescribe, adjust, or stop these medications and monitor you safely.

Always follow the instructions of your prescribing doctor and the official medication label. Never start, stop, or change a medication because of anything you see in this app.

In an emergency

This app is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency — including a severe allergic reaction, severe or persistent abdominal pain, signs of very low blood sugar, or any other urgent symptom — call your local emergency number immediately (911 in the US, 112 in the EU) or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not wait for or rely on this app or its assistant.

No professional relationship

Using this app does not create a doctor–patient or any other professional healthcare relationship between you and us. We are not your healthcare provider and we do not review or supervise your care.

Source of the estimates

Pharmacokinetic parameters used in the estimated curve are derived from FDA prescribing information (drug labels) and published pharmacokinetic data. Some parameters involve assumptions where label data is incomplete; these are educational estimates and may be revised as sources are updated.

Your acknowledgement

By using the drug-level curve, the AI assistant, and related features, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer, that the information is estimated and educational only, and that you are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional for all medical decisions.
