Terms of Use

GLPMate · July 20, 2026

By downloading, accessing, or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Health Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About the app

GLPMate is a GLP-1 medication and health tracker. It helps you log injections and doses, see an estimated drug-level (PK) curve, track weight and nutrition, set reminders, and back up your data. It is a personal, educational tool.

Important — not medical advice. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The drug-level curve and all information are estimates for educational purposes only and are not measurements of your actual medication level. Never make a dose or treatment decision based on the app — always consult your doctor. Please read the full Health Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

Who can use the app

You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to consent to processing of health data where you live (at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, unless a parent or guardian agrees on your behalf where the law allows). The app is not intended for children.

License to use the app

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or misuse the app or any part of it, except where allowed by applicable law.

Your data and your account

You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The app's output is only as reliable as the data you provide, and is always an educational estimate.

Premium subscriptions and honest billing

The core of the app — including logging, the estimated drug-level curve, weight tracking, reminders, and basic backup — is free. We may offer a premium subscription that unlocks additional features.

We are committed to honest, transparent billing with no dark patterns. Specifically:

Subscriptions are billed and auto-renew through the App Store or Google Play. To avoid renewal, cancel before the current period ends (typically at least 24 hours before, depending on platform rules). Because purchases are processed by the app stores, billing disputes are generally handled through them, without prejudice to your legal rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive use; no attempts to bypass payment or security systems; no unauthorized access; and no interference with the app or our services or those of our providers.

Intellectual property

The app — including its software, design, features, branding, and content — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. The data you enter remains yours.

Third-party services and stores

The app relies on third-party services (such as the app stores, analytics, crash reporting, and AI providers) that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Medication information referenced in the app is based on publicly available sources, including FDA prescribing information; it is provided for education, not as a substitute for the official label or your doctor's instructions.

Medical disclaimer and no warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that the estimated drug-level curve or other output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any medical purpose. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You are solely responsible for your health decisions. The app does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions about your medication or condition, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, or from any health decision you make. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where applicable.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, including free or premium features. We may suspend or end your access if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the app. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be shown in the app with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where we operate, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Where required, disputes may be resolved by the competent courts of your place of residence.
